Our recruitment process consists of three phases: Review, Shortlisting, and Final Selection. It begins with an initial application review, followed by an online questionnaire for shortlisted candidates. Finalists may then be invited to an in-person or virtual interview. Successful candidate(s) will receive an offer letter detailing the specifics of the position.

Yes, new employees typically undergo a probation period of three to six months, during which their performance and fit with the company culture are evaluated.
