Job Descriptions
1. Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop Competitive Pitching Proposals:
    • Create compelling and competitive proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the unique value of our services.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform proposal strategies and ensure they stand out.
  • Proactively Propose New Ideas:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and client business goals to proactively suggest innovative ideas and strategies.
    • Present new digital solutions and marketing strategies to clients that align with their objectives and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to develop concepts that resonate with the target audience.

2. Client Satisfaction:

  • Client Servicing and Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
    • Understand client needs and expectations, and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
  • Managing and Coordination:
    • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
    • Manage client feedback effectively, ensuring it is communicated and integrated into ongoing projects.
    • Organise and lead client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to discuss project progress, results, and future strategies.

3. Project & Task Management:

  • Lead Website Project Development:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines.
    • Work closely with the web development & maintenance team to ensure all technical aspects are managed efficiently.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on website projects to ensure they meet the highest standards before delivery.
  • Content Updates and Management:
    • Manage and coordinate content updates for client websites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
    • Work with the content team to ensure all updates are aligned with the client’s brand voice and strategic goals.
    • Monitor website performance and suggest improvements based on user experience and analytics data.
  • Task Coordination:
    • Assign tasks to appropriate team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
    • Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed.
    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth and efficient project workflows.
1. Education and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in website project management and client handling, preferably within a web or digital agency or a fast-paced environment.
 
2. Skills and Competencies:
 
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
    • Proven ability to create persuasive proposals and pitch them effectively to clients.
    • Experience in market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
