Guess what happened when you mix a kelam-kabut meeting call, a last-minute plan change, and heaps of cake? It’s our new member, Yoshantini’s unforgettable birthday bash, lah!

The plan was simple but a bit cincai. Leong was supposed to get Yoshantini into a meeting, except, he blur like sotong didn’t even know what the meeting was for! 😂 While he was pulling off his best “serious boss” act, we were behind the scenes, preparing a cake so massive it almost needed its own table!

Our original plan was more drama—think blackout in the studio, sending Yoshantini to check the electric box, right? But, plans are like durian season; sometimes you just gotta roll with what you get. So, we scrapped that and went for the classic surprise in the meeting room. Just as Leong started his fake urgent call about the client needing website updates, we barged in, cake in hand, and shouted, “Surprise!”

Yoshantini’s reaction was epic—a mix of terkejut and happiness! We had a good laugh as she figured out her so-called urgent meeting turned into her birthday party. The rest of the day was all about makan cake and sharing jokes, ending with all of us having peruts that were definitely more round than when we started. It was a sweet (get it?) way to wrap up another syok celebration at GREEN-i.
